Warranties
Custom Built InstrumentsIf you are not satisfied with the instrument when you receive it, you have 30 days from when we shipped the instrument to return it to us for a full refund. The only restriction we apply is that it be undamaged and in good condition when you return it. The refund will be for the price of the instrument, excluding shipping costs, and will be issued after we receive the instrument. You must call us before returning the instrument. After the 30 day period, any structural defects will be repaired by the maker for as long as the original purchaser owns the instrument. Damage caused from other than normal use and storage conditions is excluded.

Shipping
For All OrdersWe do not apply standard shipping and handling charges. When you order from us, we will ship and insure based on your instructions. You will be charged what we pay for the shipping method and insurance amount you specified. You will be advised of these costs when you order, or shortly thereafter.
